Youth Retreat!! November !

Who: ANYONE in grade 7-12! Friends are invited!
What: A multi church youth retreat
When: Leave at 6:00PM on November 7th and back around 3pm on November 9th.
Where: Camp Nakamun
Why: There is something great about getting away for the weekend to connect with Jesus, and grow closer and deeper friendships with others!
Cost:
Early Bird $130 (Registered Before November 3rd)
Regular Price $150 (Registered November 4th - November 10th)

My child has permission to participate in all activities under the supervision of Spruce Grove Community Youth group chaperones. My child may also ride in any vehicle designated by the adult in whose care the minor has been entrusted while attending and participating in activities sponsored by Spruce Grove Community Church. I further grant permission for my child to be treated by a physician or nurse in case of accident or illness if taken to an emergency room. I understand I will be contacted immediately. I understand that my child will be expected to adhere to the rules and regulations of the youth group. Failure to do so may result in dismissal from the activity.
