KIDS CLUB RULES AND GUIDELINES

Drop off in the Sanctuary, pick up at the coffee shop in the foyer.

SIGN IN/SIGN OUT
- Please drop off no earlier than 5:55 pm
- Children must be signed in when they arrive by their parent or guardian. Children CAN NOT be left unattended in the church building.
- Children are to be picked up and signed out by their parent/guardian or the people listed.
- Because of our late dismissal, please be considerate to take your kids out of the room and visit in the hallway so that the kids club team can clean up from the evening.
- Please indicate on your registration form who has permission to sign in and pick up your children.

FOOD AND ALLERGIES
- A small snack is provided during our time together.
- We are a nut-free environment.
- Please include dietary restrictions in the SPECIAL NOTES category on the registration form. We also encourage you to chat with a childcare worker in person if there are extensive details.

BATHROOM PROTOCOL
- Children are not allowed to leave the room without being accompanied by a supervisor or volunteer.
- Kids club helpers will accompany children to the bathroom but will not physically assist the child.

BEHAVIORAL POLICIES
- Due to the safety and well-being of all the children, we have a non-violence policy: no hitting, no dangerous horseplay, no bullying.
- If at any time the Kids Club Volunteers feel that the behaviour of a child is putting the safety of the other children at risk, parents/guardians will be notified and asked to take the child from the class.

I/we realize that participation in activities could result in some possible personal injury. Despite precautions being taken by our organization, accidents and injuries may occur. By signing this release form, I/we (the children and parent/guardian) assume all risks related to the use of any and all spaces in Spruce Grove Community Church.

I/we agree to release from responsibility Spruce Grove Community Church and facilities used by the entities from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. I/we will not hold Spruce Grove Community Chuch liable for any personal injury or any personal property damage/loss, which may occur on the premises before, during, or after our program.

Furthermore, I/we agree to obey the class and facility rules and take full responsibility for my/our behaviour in addition to any damage I/we may cause to the facilities utilized by Spruce Grove Community Church.
