An In-Person Holistic Mental Health Summit 


June 11, 2022

9am - 3pm

180 Century Road, Spruce Grove, AB


This one-day, in-person, holistic mental health summit, is designed with a keynote speaker and workshops which will be facilitated by the staff of Parkland Wellness. Each workshop covers an aspect of our focus of hope, resilience and recovery from COVID, utilizing holistic mental health tools from a range of topics. There will be an opportunity to opt-in to join support groups and one-to-one support post-summit, with the goal of metabolizing the learning and extension of the supports and tools moving forward.

The same five workshops will be available in the morning and afternoon. Since you can only be one place at a time, you'll have to pick one workshop for the morning session, and second different workshop for the afternoon session. Light snacks and beverages will be served throughout the day, but lunch will not be provided. There will be space made available if you would like to pack a lunch and bring it with you! Otherwise there are several local restaurants a short drive from the venue.
