Grades 4-6 Game Zone- April

Grades 4-6 Game Zone is happening here at the church on Friday, April 24th, from 7pm - 8:30 pm! This is a night of community building for grades 4-6 through fun activities like relays, and games that require team work! It'll be a blast. There will also be a short time of testimony shared by one of our leaders.

Please register your kiddos prior and list any allergies or concerns that our team needs to be aware of.
Drop in's will be required to fill out the form as well. We are excited to see community built among the kids and for them to have FUN!

The Participant and Parent/Guardian specifically authorizes Spruce Grove Community Church, its respective servants, agents, employees, sponsors, representatives, organizers, or any other person or organization assisting SGCC, in the event of emergency to take any action which SGCC in its sole discretion considers necessary, prudent, or in the best interests of the Participant having taken into consideration all of the circumstances of the emergency. I understand that all reasonable measures will be taken to safeguard the health and safety of the participant and that the emergency contact listed will be notified as soon as possible in case of an emergency.
